We use the information only for requirement review, fabrication analysis, quotation, follow-up communication, order follow-up, spam prevention, and security. Submitting inquiry materials does not authorize production or public portfolio display.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell inquiry data. We share it only when necessary with authorized internal personnel or service providers supporting these purposes, or when required by law, legal obligations, or the protection of legitimate rights.
Retention
Inquiry records and attachments that do not become orders are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful business contact, then deleted or anonymized. Order records may be retained as needed for contract performance, warranty, accounting, tax, and dispute handling.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@hcwisign.com. We will verify and handle reasonable requests, subject to contract, accounting, dispute-handling, and other legal obligations.
Analytics boundary
Analytics receives only limited, non-identifying event parameters such as product category, form step, source, language, attachment count, file-type group, and size bucket. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, project descriptions, attachment names or contents, and the rights-confirmation notice are not sent to Analytics.
