Everything you want to know about conductive glass signage
Conductive glass signage is an innovative product that embeds LED light sources into glass using wireless conductive technology. Unlike traditional wired connections, it uses transparent conductive materials to form circuits on the glass surface, achieving a truly wireless illumination effect with a cleaner, more elegant appearance.
Our conductive glass signage uses high-quality LED light sources with a normal lifespan of over 50,000 hours. The glass itself has excellent weather resistance and anti-aging properties, lasting over 10 years under normal use conditions.
Conductive glass itself can be used outdoors with waterproof, UV-resistant, and high-temperature resistant properties. However, edge sealing is important - we recommend full-frame mounting for optimal protection. Conductive acrylic is not recommended for long-term outdoor use.
Conductive glass: up to 3600x2400mm. Conductive acrylic: up to 2400x1200mm. Self-adhesive conductive film: up to 3000x1180mm. For oversized projects, please contact our engineering team for evaluation.
Standard products: 7-15 working days. Custom products: 15-30 working days depending on complexity. Lead times for large-volume orders can be negotiated.
Installation is relatively straightforward, and we provide detailed installation instructions and technical support. For large projects or special installation environments, professional installation is recommended. Conductive film products must be installed by professionals.
Yes. Conductive glass can be cut, drilled, and hot-bent to meet various design requirements. Conductive acrylic can be hot-bent into right angles, curved surfaces, wave shapes, and more. Our design team can help bring your creative ideas to life.
